As Associate Director of Asset Services, Kim Heliste is a team leader and has responsibility for all aspects of property management and construction, operations, and maintenance for multiple assets within Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas-Fort Worth portfolio. She brings extensive experience having managed a wide variety of commercial office properties during more than 30 years of property management, covering the Dallas, Houston, and Austin markets.

Her current responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of over 1,000,000 SF, and leading a team of seven. Ms. Heliste has extensive experience with asset dispositions, having helped facilitate nearly 2,000,000 SF in property sales. She is well versed in property redevelopment and construction, most recently completing $6.5MM on multiple asset renovations. Ms. Heliste achieved her RPA designation through BOMA in 2001. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she spent three years as a General Manager for JLL and 10 years as a Property Manager for Insignia ESG.
