Kirk K. Miller has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 1987 and joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1997 to lead the Southern New Jersey Commercial Office Brokerage Division.
Since 1998, Mr. Miller has represented tenants and landlords, both locally and nationally, in more than 8.5 million square feet of real estate transactions valued at over $1.25 billion. In 2004 and 2005, Mr. Miller was Top Commercial Office Broker in the Philadelphia Branch Office. From 2000 through 2012, he has been awarded the Philadelphia Office’s Top Producer in Southern New Jersey. In 2002 and 2004, Mr. Miller was ranked among the Top 150 brokers internationally at Cushman & Wakefield. Over the last ten years, he has been awarded the Philadelphia Regional Service Excellence Award seven times, more than anyone in the Branch’s 39 year history. He participated in the Deal of the Year transaction in 2000 and qualified for the Company’s International Achievement Conference in 2000, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. Mr. Miller is also a past Rookie of the Year and is consistently ranked among the top performers in the Philadelphia Office.
From 1987 through 1993, Kirk was a member of the JMB Properties team in Philadelphia, which developed, opened and leased–up a new Class A high rise, Two Logan Square, in 1988. While there, he was responsible for all financial, operational and managerial aspects of One and Two Logan Square, two high-profile office towers totaling 1.4 million square feet, along with various operational and financial coordination issues with an attached Four Seasons Hotel. He later joined Jackson Cross Company from 1993 through 1997 where he headed critical assignments, including the Radnor Corporation’s 368,000 square foot, 50 acre Plymouth Meeting Executive Campus, before moving into a Senior Portfolio Manager role at the World Headquarters site of IMS America in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Miller received a Bachelor of Science and a Business Law Minor from Penn State University in 1986, and a Master of Business Administration from Penn State in 1992 while working at JMB. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He resides in Swedesboro, NJ with his wife Kim and three children, Kyle age 18, Logan age 15 and Alexi age 13. Mr. Miller is very active and serves on the Board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (Southern New Jersey Chapter) and on the Saint Clare Roman Catholic Parish Finance and Development Committees. He is also very active in The Pennsylvania State University alumni chapter.
