Kristopher Von Hohn is an Associate within Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc.’s Capital Markets Group. Kris specializes in representing owners of investment properties from purchase to disposition. As part of the Retail Advisory Group, Kris plays a key role in business development, property assessments and market analysis.

Prior to C&W, Kris was an associate investment broker at NAI Houston where he helped form the Retail Investment Team. His previous experience consists of 15 years in the technology field with Hewlett Packard as a Software Engineer/Project Manager, during which time he also acquired investment properties across three states.

Awards & Recognition

Kris is a graduate of the Hankamer School of Business from Baylor University and obtained a BBA with a dual major in Entrepreneurship and Information Systems
