Kristen Pash advises on leasing and redevelopment strategies for major retail destinations across the United States and United Kingdom. For more than 25 years, she has led leasing and development for some of the industry’s most prominent retail centers, including Westfield London, Westfield Stratford City, Valley Fair, Century City and San Francisco Centre. She has helped introduce new-to-market retailers, support expansion strategies, and bring highly anticipated brands into key retail destinations.

Kristen helps clients understand what drives performance, using customer behavior, trading patterns and market insight to shape leasing and redevelopment strategies.
