Kristin Frickel is an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in office real estate brokerage. She brings over 6 years of experience in commercial real estate. A Bakersfield native, Kristin recently moved back home from Orange County to be closer to family while continuing her career in real estate. She earned her BBA in Marketing from Boise State University, where she developed her strong organizational and client service skills.

Before transitioning to her current role, Kristin worked as a Sales Coordinator at Jones Lang Lasalle (El Segundo, CA), where she provided high-level support to brokers on the Office and Industrial teams, managing property listings, marketing materials, and client presentations. Kristin also served as a Brokerage Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield (Irvine, CA), supporting the multi-Family team.
