Ms. Gut has been active in the appraisal of real estate since 2004.  Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Gut was involved in supply-chain operations and product marketing and other real-estate related activities.

Past appraisal assignments have included the valuation of commercial real estate in Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and Wisconsin. The types of properties appraised include skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), development sites, HUD healthcare market studies, HUD healthcare appraisals, and other commercial assignments.
