Mr. Lawson is an Executive Director and a member of the Property Tax Services group within Cushman & Wakefield Valuation and Advisory services. Lance has 22 plus years of experience in commercial real estate. For the last 12 years, Lance has been a commercial property tax consultant. For the preceding years Lance worked for Paul Hornsby & Company as a commercial fee appraiser. The scope of his appraising and property tax consulting experience includes multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hotel, land, and various special-use properties.
