As a Senior Transaction Manager, Leah Larson-Taylor brings more than seven years of real estate transaction advisory experience to the brokerage team at Cushman & Wakefield, in addition to several years of experience in the residential real estate and legal fields. Throughout her career, she has focused on tenant representation with an expertise in office and industrial brokerage. Leah assists clients with the development and implementation of real estate strategies for acquisition and disposition services, sale and lease contract negotiations, and transaction and portfolio management.

Leah has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including aerospace and defense, media and tech/data analytics, engineering and logistics, and transportation services and third-party logistics. Over the course of her career, Leah has completed transactions in almost every U.S. market, as well as in many international markets. She continues to focus on assisting clients with multi-market portfolios.
