About
Lexie Perticone is currently a Director with Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest independent real estate services firm. Lexie specializes in both Tenant and Landlord representation.
Lexie joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017 as an associate in the Professional Real Estate Program (PREP). PREP is a highly selective 12-month rotational program, where 12 associates were selected to explore various aspects of the company by participating in service line rotations. In Lexie’s case she worked with Valuation & Advisory, Capital Markets, Agency Consulting, and finally, Office Leasing, where she has chosen to be placed full time upon the program culmination in September of 2018.
Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, Lexie has become a leader in her professional community. She served as the President of the Tri-State chapter for C&W Future Leaders (CWFL) and just recently completed her master’s in real estate finance from New York University.
Over the past three years Lexie has successfully executed 218 global leasing transactions totaling approximately 9.4 million rentable square feet. Half of her deal volume—102 transactions—was concentrated in Manhattan, where she completed roughly 2 million square feet of leasing, primarily in Class A Midtown properties.

Education
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Lexie received a B.A. in Economics & Sociology from Colby College in Waterville, Maine. During college, she was a 4-year member of the Women’s Varsity Lacrosse team where she helped the team to win the NESCAC Championship in 2017. Lexie was elected team captain in her Senior Year and was a member of the 2017 All NESCAC & All-American Teams.
