Professional Expertise

Lisa began her career at Cushman & Wakefield in May 2003 as a Property Administrator at a large downtown St. Louis high rise. In 2007 she began managing her own mix of office, retail and indus¬trial properties. In her current role Lisa works with multiple clients managing both high and low rise office buildings.  

Her routine functions include financial and variance reporting, lease review and abstracting, tenant relations and construction management. She performs regular budget and cash flow reforecasts based on the needs of her clients.  In addition to day-to-day management, Lisa works with other managers to ensure client goals are met.  She is a resource and sounding board for questions and assists with financial review before delivery to clients. 
Lisa is well-versed on the Yardi 6.0 platform and previously served as a company power user for her peers.
