Mr. Hall has specialized in corporate advisory since 2000. Mr. Hall’s multi-market/multi-asset expertise transcends the Chicago Metropolitan area into North America and overseas.
Mr. Hall joined Cushman & Wakefield in January, 2000. After a five year hiatus at Grubb & Ellis from June 2006-July 2011, Mr. Hall rejoined Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Hall has transacted over 15 million square feet on behalf of corporate users. Representative clients have Guaranteed Rate (N. American exclusive), Morgan Stanley (Midwest Region Preferred Provider), and Chervon.
Prior to entering commercial real estate, Mr. Hall was a former Full Member at the Chicago Board of Trade (1993-1999).
