Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, she held the position of a Financial Analyst with the Strategy & Finance Group at Savills. Collaborating with a diverse portfolio of tenant clients nationwide, Maria cultivated an extensive understanding of varied tenant and landlord perspectives. Her contributions were transformative, as she spearheaded the comprehensive redesign and reimagination of financial models and deliverables within S&F Group. This initiative not only showcased Maria's existing deep knowledge but further elevated it, providing her with an even more profound insight into tenant and landlord dynamics, underwriting, and analysis.

Prior to Savills, she held the position of a Real Estate Coordinator for a QSR franchisor, overseeing site selection, evaluation, and lease negotiation processes for a portfolio comprising more than 350 retail locations across the United States. Her mastery of project management skills was instrumental in her ability to navigate multiple complex lease negotiations simultaneously, maintaining efficiency and precision throughout the entire process.

Prior to her tenure with the QSR franchisor, Maria dedicated over 2 years in the residential sector, where she worked as a listing and transaction coordinator for a boutique real estate firm.
