About

Marilyn Olson is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation and Advisory team.  Ms. Olson is responsible for valuing assets within the Texas and Louisiana markets.  She joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 and has been appraising commercial properties since 2006.

Assignments include market and financial analysis for major income properties and pension fund portfolio valuations.  Ms. Olson has provided valuation services for a variety of clients including lenders, attorneys, and governmental agencies. Property types include industrial, multifamily and office.  Industrial experience includes the analysis of large warehouse, distribution properties and business parks.  Multifamily engagements include both large-scale apartment developments, smaller multi-family projects, and affordable housing. Office and R&D experience include single-tenant and multi-tenant suburban properties.
