About
Mark Gaw is responsible for leasing and investment sales of office and industrial properties primarily located in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. He is a 30+ year veteran in the commercial real estate industry and has brokered more than $300 million of real estate transactions over his career, including four million square feet of industrial space, one million square feet of office space and 400 acres of commercial land.
Mark also has been responsible for all phases of project & development services. He has provided real estate services for local companies as well as Fortune 500 companies.

- Developed ten office buildings, totaling more than 450,000 square feet, with a market value over $100 million since 1996
- Developed 200,000 square foot office - Park Center at Maryland Farms, Brentwood, TN
- Developed three-story, 63,000 square foot headquarters office building for Provident Music Group
