As the PBC Binghamton division Office Manager, Mary Ann Kucera is responsible for the administrative management of business operations. In her role she supervises the activities performed in all work units within the office, including implementation of procedures/policies, contract management, and the collection, processing and reporting of statistical, financial and accounting information.

Ms. Kucera is also responsible for agent training and the ongoing adherence of company processes to ensure consistency of high-quality services across three of the ten PBC branches in Upstate NY (Binghamton, Corning and Ithaca).

Ms. Kucera has 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and 19+ years in office management. Prior to joining Pyramid Brokerage Company, she worked for a regional telecommunications company where she managed the operations department. She currently holds her real estate license in the state of New York.
