Mary Brown is a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Downtown Boston Leasing team, specializing in tenant and landlord representation in the city’s office market.

She plays a pivotal role on Cushman & Wakefield’s Downtown Urban Leasing team, where her expertise and dedication help shape the Boston office market landscape. Her responsibilities include advising some of the city's most prominent landlords, such as Rockpoint, Manulife and Heitman, among others. Mary's influence extends beyond her work with landlords; she has also been integral in representing notable tenants including Jones Day, Blizzard, IBM and Verizon. Her experience in both agency work, and tenant representation underscores her broad expertise and her indispensable role in navigating the complex dynamics of urban leasing within one of the country’s most vibrant real estate markets. She has been recognized by the Commercial Brokerage Association as a Rising Star and by Connect CRE as a Next Gen Award Winner.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mary spent over five years with Lincoln Property Company on the Boston leasing team, advising landlords and tenants in real estate transactions in the central business district.

Mary received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the College of the Holy Cross. While playing Division I lacrosse, Mary was recognized on the Dean’s List and Patriot League Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll. She is actively involved in the commercial real estate community as a member of CREW Boston and the Commercial Brokers Association. In addition, she currently serves as the President of the Holy Cross Alumni Club of Greater Boston.
