Matt Bowen is a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Representation team, specializing in advising corporate clients on office leasing strategy and negotiation across both local and national portfolios. With 18+ years of experience exclusively representing occupiers, Matt delivers expertise in business development, strategic real estate planning, office space acquisitions, financial analysis, facility planning, and complex lease negotiations, including subleases and property dispositions/sales.

Matt’s career has been built around advocating for tenants and aligning real estate with business goals. Over the course of his tenure, he has led transactions for a wide range of corporate services clients, demonstrating a track record of cost-reduction, portfolio efficiency, and long-term workplace strategy alignment.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Matt served as Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and began his brokerage career with The Staubach Company, where he worked exclusively on the firm’s tenant representation team.
