Bittel, a third-generation Miami native, has been active participant in South Florida’s commercial real estate industry since 2005. He specializes in representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial, land and office properties. His extensive transaction history covers a wide range of disciplines including agency leasing, tenant representation, capital markets, and valuation and advisory, delivering proven results for clients both locally and nationally.

Bittel and his business partner, Stuart Gordon joined Cushman & Wakefield in early 2017 from Flagler, a subsidiary of Florida East Coast Industries. At Flagler, he established himself as a leading expert in industrial, land and office sales and leasing in South Florida. Currently, his team overseas marketing and leasing of over 6 million square feet of institutional grade warehouse space in South Florida, operating out of Cushman & Wakefield’s Miami office.

Mr. Bittel is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR)® and is involved in various national and local professional organizations, including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF). He is a graduate of the Greater Miami Chamber’s Leadership Miami and has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committees of numerous organizations, including United Way of Miami-Dade County and the University of Miami’s Citizen’s Board.

With more than two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry and a background in finance he has represented agency clients such as AEW Capital Management, Link Logistics, Mapletree, Sagard Real Estate, East Capital Partners and Banyan Street. Additionally, he has secured high-quality spaces for notable industrial and office users, including World Electric Supply (Sonepar US), ZIM, Norwegian Cruise Line, CarMax Auto Stores, Rohlig USA, Flowers Foods, Tracfone Wireless, Penske Truck Leasing Co., Bertling Logistics and Medusind, Inc.

Throughout his career, Bittel has closed over 20 million square feet of transactions, valued in excess of $1.5 billion. He and his team consistently rank as top producers within Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida - Miami office.
