Matt Boyd is an experienced commercial real estate broker with the Boyd-Moore Commercial Real Estate Team at Cushman & Wakefield.  He specializes in representing office users in lease and sale transactions, with a particular emphasis on medical tenants.  With a deep understanding of the unique requirements of healthcare clients, Matt offers expert guidance to ensure smooth and successful real estate solutions.  In addition to serving tenants, Matt also works with landlords of Class A office spaces, assisting them in leasing up vacancies and maximizing the potential of their properties.  Known for a client-focused approach, Matt is dedicated to delivering customized strategies and exceptional service to every client.  Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Matt was an Asset Manager at TWG Development.
