Matthew P. Gautreau has been with the Denver office of Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado, Inc. (previously Cushman Realty Corporation) since 1997. Mr. Gautreau has 26 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in office leasing. Mr. Gautreau has successfully negotiated over 25 million square feet of leases during his career.

Mr. Gautreau has been recognized by The Denver Business Journal as the top office broker of the quarter on numerous occasions. He has been an active member of NAIOP since 2002 and DMCAR since 2006.

Mr. Gautreau earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont.
