Matthew P. Gautreau has been with the Denver office of Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado, Inc. (previously Cushman Realty Corporation) since 1997. Mr. Gautreau has 16 years of commercial real estate experience. He was recognized as "Rookie of the Year" at Cushman & Wakefield and has been a top 10 producer every year at Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Gautreau has been recognized by The Denver Business Journal as the top office broker of the quarter on numerous occasions.

Mr. Gautreau’s extensive experience encompasses landlord representation, tenant representation, and investment sales. On behalf of landlords and owners, he has represented Brookfield Office Properties, Hamilton-Titan Partners, Kittredge Properties, LBA Realty, Miller Global Properties, The Pauls Corporation, UBS, USAA Real Estate, Winthrop Realty Trust, Aetna Life Insurance, Allegis Realty Investors, American Realty, Amstar Group, The Carlyle Group, CMD, Cornerstone Advisers, The Denver Technological Center, First Century Development, First Winthrop Properties, Kestrel Management and Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance. On behalf of tenants, Mr. Gautreau has represented Ameriquest Mortgage, AT&T, Cogent Communications, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Scottrade, among others.

Prior to joining Cushman Realty Corporation, Mr. Gautreau was a Financial Analyst for First Winthrop Corporation in Boston, Massachusetts. His primary responsibility was analyzing the investment performance of 22 real estate investments. Mr. Gautreau earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont.
