About

Matthew Saddler is a Director and member of the Industrial Brokerage Group at Cushman & Wakefield’s Chicago Downtown office, working directly with Managing Director, Sally Macoicz.

For over a decade, Matt has specialized in the implementation of real estate strategies for tenants and owners of manufacturing and industrial real estate. He focuses on the acquisition, disposition, redevelopment, and leasing of industrial properties for private, corporate and institutional companies both locally and nationally.

Matt’s licensed expertise in Illinois and Indiana, allows him to assist clients in identifying and aligning their strategic business, financial and operational objectives with their real estate requirements.

Saddler initially built his business development and client relationship strategies from his experience working on the Industrial Team at Indiana's largest commercial real estate brokerage firm, Cassidy Turley. Saddler also worked closely with Cassidy Turley’s marketing and research divisions, developing a strong research background and facilitating end-to-end brokerage solutions.

Saddler leverages experience as a Founding Partner at Hoosier Youth Advocacy (HYA) in his brokerage efforts. Since HYA’s inception in 2010, Matt was responsible for inter-campus client relations and company-wide business development strategy.

Saddler graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. degree in Management with a focus in real estate. Matt held various leadership roles while a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity at Indiana University. He is a member of CoreNet Global and the CCIM Institute.
