Matthew Zoller is a Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford office, specializing in commercial real estate valuation with over a decade of experience in appraisal and underwriting. He provides comprehensive valuation services including appraisals, market studies, and feasibility analyses for a wide range of property types, with a focus on industrial, multifamily, and proposed development assets throughout New York and New Jersey. His work supports clients in financing, investment decision-making, and strategic planning, with a strong understanding of local market trends and redevelopment dynamics.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2025, Matthew served as a Vice President in Newmark’s Valuation & Advisory group for over five years, where he led valuation assignments across diverse asset classes. He also held key roles at KBRA as a credit analyst, evaluating CMBS transactions and assessing loan credit metrics, and at Sitex Group, where he was responsible for acquisition underwriting, due diligence, investment memorandums, waterfall modeling, and fund performance monitoring. His diverse background across institutional and private investment platforms informs his valuation work, enabling him to deliver credible, data-driven insights to clients.
