Maureen has worked in many facets of commercial real estate in her career. She primarily focuses in industrial but also has substantial experience in office and retail. Maureen brings 25+ years of commercial real estate experience working in brokerage and property management. This unique perspective provides clients with a comprehensive understanding of a variety of asset types and classes.  

Maureen has considerable experience in building sales representing both buyers and sellers. Her intricate understanding of the sale marketing and transaction process provides clients with a unappareled advantage in the disposition of assets. She likewise has vast experience in representing buyers in comprehensive market searches that often involve uncovering off market opportunities. 

Prior to real estate, Maureen worked in construction management in both the public and private sectors. She was responsible for contract negotiations, increasing profitability and continuous enhancement of overall operations.  

Her 25+ years of in-depth focus on business development, market research and financial analysis allow her to uncover all available opportunities for her clients to reach their greatest potential and solve their organizational needs. Marrying these two careers has played an integral role in developing a deep understanding of the client’s perspective, as well as business strategy and execution.
