Max joined Cushman & Wakefield's (formerly DTZ) Chicago office as an Associate in 2014 and is a key member of Cushman & Wakefield's new business development team, serving the diverse needs of businesses across the Chicagoland area. With a focus on cost mitigation and capital preservation, Max ensures that clients' real estate assets align seamlessly with day-to-day operations. His approach emphasizes efficiency, helping organizations strengthen company culture and enhance profitability through strategic use of space.

Working alongside a specialized team, Max supports office, industrial, and flex space clients throughout the Chicago metro area. His responsibilities span from conducting market surveys to managing global portfolio analyses, always with the goal of delivering tailored solutions.

Max brings extensive experience in collaborating with clients to address complex real estate challenges. He analyzes space requirements, evaluates potential options, and implements strategies that best support each client's business objectives.
