About

Max Schafer is a Senior Director in the Los Angeles office of Cushman & Wakefield focused on originating and structuring institutional debt and equity transactions across all asset types and executions.  Max joined Cushman & Wakefield from Mosaic Real Estate Investors, where he was a Vice President in their commercial real estate originations group focused on opportunistic debt and equity investments in transitional real estate and large balance construction loans. 

Prior to joining Mosaic, Max served as a Vice President at Cantor Fitzgerald where he spent five years structuring and closing fixed and floating rate commercial real estate loans. Max has originated or lead over $4 billion of construction, bridge, and permanent debt financings ranging in size from $5 million to $500 million.
