Her foundational knowledge of international shipping, trade, and logistics stems from a Bachelor of Management in Maritime Administration, complemented by sales and business development experience at Yang Ming Marine Transport Corp.

Prior to real estate, she spent nearly two decades managing large-scale, national-level research programs, refining her skills in project management and cross-functional coordination. Ms. Jiang now applies this strategic, solutions-driven approach to helping national clients meet their warehouse, distribution, and expansion needs. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, she effectively bridges communication gaps to support the diverse investment and operational needs of international clients.

Ms. Jiang is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Maryland and a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson.
