Michael Gentry joined Cushman & Wakefield in September 2000 as a Senior Appraiser within the Valuation & Advisory group.

During his approximate 30 year overall real estate industry career, appraisal and consulting assignments have included shopping centers and freestanding retail facilities, auto dealerships, multi-tenant, single-tenant, and owner-occupied office buildings, manufacturing, flex-type, and industrial distribution facilities, multi-family properties, feasibility and market studies, vacant land, hotel/motel valuations, special-use properties, net leased assets, and residential subdivisions, primarily throughout Texas. Mr. Gentry currently specializes in industrial, with primary focus on the Houston and San Antonio regions as a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory Industrial Practice Group, and serves as Industrial Group Market Lead for both Houston and San Antonio.
