About

Michael Mauren, MAI, joined Cushman and Wakefield in 2024 as Senior Director with the Valuation and Advisory group in the Dallas office where he provides valuation services for office and commercial.

With more than 30 years of experience, Mike has valued commercial and investment property throughout the U.S. including medical office buildings, retail centers, multi family, industrial facilities, raw and developed land, office complexes, hotels, auto dealerships, data centers, and mixed-use developments. In addition, he has been involved in all aspects of real estate acquisitions, valued at more than $2 billion, for institutional pension fund investors.

Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Mike served as Managing Director for Integra Realty Resources. He worked with top national firms including Invesco Real Estate where he served as a Senior Acquisitions Analyst providing underwriting for large national portfolio transactions and L&B Realty Advisors acquiring property for pension funds. He served as a staff consultant for consulting firm Ernst & Young providing valuations and audits nationally.
