About
Michael is a Senior Vice President with Thalhimer’s Commercial Brokerage Group, specializing in industrial sales and leasing throughout the Richmond MSA. He advises private owners, institutional investors, tenants, and owner-users on acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, and leasing.
He has completed more than $100 million in transaction volume, primarily representing middle-market industrial assets under 100,000 square feet, and is known for his practical, execution-focused approach.
Michael has also advised on industrial development, playing a key role in the planning and delivery of I-64 Industrial Park in Oilville, Virginia—an owner-user focused industrial outdoor storage (IOS) development. His involvement included land entitlement, site development, and the sale of finished lots to end users.
Prior to joining Thalhimer, Michael spent five years with Commonwealth Commercial Partners focused on industrial brokerage in Richmond. He began his career with a Fortune 1000 chemical manufacturing company, giving him a strong operational perspective on user needs and facility functionality.
