About

Mickey Moran is a Senior Analyst on Cushman & Wakefield Colorado’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team, working with Craig Branton to offer customized advisory and capital solutions for local and institutional clients. Mickey joined the Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team in May of 2022, and has been responsible for assisting in all aspects of the pitching, underwriting, marketing, negotiating and closing processes. He has experience placing debt across all major asset classes with a focus on multifamily, industrial, office, and retail properties. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mickey worked on the Research team in Newmark’s Silicon Valley office, focusing on macroeconomic and market-specific trends and forecasting. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Economics from Santa Clara University.
