Mike Hurd specializes in both landlord and tenant representation for industrial leasing and sales throughout Central Ohio. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mike was one of the top industrial brokers at CB Richard Ellis. He joined CB Richard Ellis through a series of mergers, which began with his employment at PCS in 1990.  During his 25-year career in commercial real estate, he has been involved in transactions totaling more than 18 million square feet.  Additionally, Mike has extensive experience representing institutional landlords and has represented several Fortune 500 companies.
