Mike Richmond is an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation for office properties throughout Utah. With more than 30 years of experience, Mike advises office owners, investors, and occupiers on leasing, disposition, and strategic real estate planning, bringing a comprehensive, market‑driven perspective to every assignment.

Over the course of his career, Mike has completed more than 18 million square feet of transactions totaling over $3 billion. His dual‑side expertise allows him to deliver informed leasing strategies, effective negotiations, and practical solutions that align with both ownership objectives and tenant business needs. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2005, Mike has consistently ranked among the firm’s top producers in Utah, earning Utah Top Producer honors in 2011 and 2018 and recognition as a Top 100 Producer in the Americas in 2018.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mike held brokerage positions with CB Richard Ellis and LaSalle Partners (now JLL) in Salt Lake City. He graduated from the University of Utah in 1992, where he was a quarterback and four‑year letterman on the football team, and later served for many years as head football coach at Murray High School—experience that reflects his leadership, discipline, and team‑focused approach to client service.
