Mr. Ruiz joined Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. in March 2011, as a Director in the Valuation & Advisory group of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc. He is responsible for various appraisal and consulting assignments. Mr. Ruiz has been involved in the appraisal industry since 2005. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Ruiz was an associate appraiser with Haginas Chapman & Shillings in Houston. Mr. Ruiz began his appraisal career in June 2005, with National Appraisal Partners, LLP in Houston.
During his tenure as an associate, Michael’s responsibilities have included appraisal assignments located throughout Texas, Louisiana, Arizona, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. These assignments include the appraisal of varying interests in: mid-rise office buildings, shopping centers, flex/service-centers, manufacturing facilities, apartments, day care centers, schools, parking garages, land developments, automotive facilities, and gas-station/convenience stores.
