Mike Slattery is a leading commercial real estate broker with over 45 years of experience, specializing in the upscale La Jolla Village submarket of San Diego. Widely regarded as the most accomplished broker in the area, he has completed over 500 lease transactions and nearly 100 property sales, totaling more than $850 million. His expertise spans retail, office, and mixed-use multi-family properties, and he has developed long-standing relationships with La Jolla’s most prominent property owners, investors, and professionals. Mike is regularly sought after by landlords, tenants, appraisers, and city planners for his deep market insight and strategic guidance. 

Known for his niche expertise in both leasing and sales of La Jolla properties, Mike has represented a diverse range of ownership entities, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), family trusts, and international investors.
