Miki Correa represents landlords, tenants, developers and investors in office, retail, land and industrial property sale and lease transactions. Since 2014, she has closed approximately 400 transactions totaling over $500 million. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Miki practiced law for 12 years at prominent San Francisco and San Jose law firms. Her extensive legal background, strong negotiation skills and knowledge of the commercial real estate market provide invaluable immediate benefits to her clients.
