Mitash Kripalani is a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Institutional Multifamily Advisory & Capital Markets team, bringing more than 20 years of experience and over $2 billion in closed transaction volume across multifamily, land, mixed-use, retail, and investment sales throughout South Florida. He specializes in advising institutional and private clients on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and development assets across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

Known for his deep market knowledge and analytical approach, Mitash advises clients on complex redevelopment opportunities, Live Local Act density strategies, high-rise zoning, and value-add repositioning. His experience spans infill redevelopment sites, stabilized multifamily portfolios, mixeduse assemblages, joint ventures, and institutional dispositions across key submarkets including Wynwood, Edgewater, Brickell, Miami Gardens, Hollywood, and Hialeah.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mitash served as Vice President at Colliers International, where he built a reputation as a trusted advisor and dealmaker, delivering creative transaction structures and strong client outcomes. In addition to his brokerage career, he is an active entrepreneur and investor, owning and operating multiple franchise businesses, providing him with a hands-on operational perspective that enhances his real estate advisory work.
