Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Morrow served for over a decade as the Managing Regional Director for Jerome’s Furniture Warehouse, a Southern California-based family office. There, Morrow oversaw more than $150 million in annual revenue and led initiatives spanning operations, marketing, growth strategy, and inventory optimization. His leadership was instrumental in driving operational efficiency and long-term company expansion.
