With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Nate has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that technology and life-science firms face in this dynamic and competitive market.

By exclusively representing tenants, he is able to eliminate the inherit conflict of interest within corporate real estate so that 100% of his focus is on the delivery of optimal, tailored solutions for his tenant clients.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2022, Nate was a tenant representation broker with Savills for 7 years & Cresa for 12 years. Prior to that Nate worked in the NBA for the Portland Trailblazers.
