Profile

Nathan began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in 1997. During his tenure in CRE, he has successfully represented tenants in many industries for office and industrial properties totaling over 8 million square feet for a total value in excess of $1 billion. These projects have ranged from international Fortune 500 companies in most major market across the globe to local Los Angeles based firms.

Nathan’s experience includes the research and evaluation of alternative sites and facilities, creation and implementation of strategic real estate plans, analysis of the financial impact of lease, purchase and build-to-suit alternatives, disposition and/or termination of redundant facilities, and the development, implementation and documentation of negotiating strategies.

Prior to the global merger of DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield, Nathan also served as the leader for DTZ’s highly profitable West Los Angeles operations.
