Nick Vogel is an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield's exclusive Alliance member in Alabama. As an active member of the firm's leasing and brokerage team, Nick supports landlord leasing efforts at select properties within the firm's managed office portfolio in the Birmingham market, while cultivating new client relationships.

Nick brings a unique set of skills that align perfectly with the real estate industry, thanks to his diverse professional background. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield / EGS, he served as a Financial Advisor at Nowlin & Associates and founded Kicking Training Service in 2014, a placekicking company providing technical instruction to athletes across the Southeast.

A former professional athlete, Nick has experience kicking in several leagues, including the USFL, CFL, NFL, and with the UAB Blazers, where he was a team captain. Through these experiences, Nick has developed a strong work ethic, commitment to excellence and solid foundation in teamwork and discipline, all of which bring added value to his clients.
