Nicolas Bourdette is an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield where he specializes in office leasing and sales across Central and South County markets.  

He began his career with Cushman & Wakefield as an intern in May 2023 and was promoted to Associate in March 2024. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Nicolas gained valuable experience in customer service and operations while working in and helping oversee his family’s portfolio of restaurants across San Diego. This background sharpened his interpersonal skills, work ethic, and client-first mindset—qualities that now define his professional approach. 

With a strong foundation in commercial real estate and a commitment to client service, Nicolas continues to contribute to the dynamic real estate landscape of Southern California.
