About
Nicole Arwood brings almost thirty years of project management, construction management and interior design experience to Cushman & Wakefield of Florida’s Project & Development Services group. A transplant from Philadelphia to the Tampa area, Nicole joined the team in June of 2021 from national an Architecture & Interior Design firm in Tampa, Florida. Nicole brings experience managing corporate, financial, educational, retail and government/military projects. Responsibilities included budget development & management, obtaining & leveling vendor pricing, developing & maintaining schedules, design reviews and construction oversite,
In her role as a Project Management Director for Cushman & Wakefield, Nicole is responsible for the successful delivery of both tenant up-fit projects as well as major capital improvement projects. Her responsibilities include assisting brokers in project pursuits, building and managing project budgets and overseeing project buildouts to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
