About

Nik provides representation for developers, landlords and corporate occupiers across the United States, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial real estate. He has cultivated trust working for some of the world's biggest and most well-known brands and has continuously refined his approach to representing landlords and corporate occupiers. With a background in management consulting, development, and project management, Nik brings his clients a unique understanding of commercial real estate, logistics operations, and business strategy. 

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Nik oversaw leasing for Hopewell Development’s 5 million square foot US portfolio. Prior to Hopewell, Nik was a Vice President at Transwestern focused on local and national tenant rep assignments.

Nik started his career in management consulting with Deloitte, serving more than 20 public and pre-IPO companies, specializing in corporate strategy, IPO planning M&A analysis, and pre-IPO planning. After Deloitte, he oversaw global enterprise risk management and IPO planning for Blue Yonder in Scottsdale, AZ.
