Norm launched his career in the 1990s with a private office investment fund, where he developed a broad and strategic understanding of commercial real estate. His early roles at Colliers International and Business Real Estate Brokerage (now Cushman & Wakefield) laid the foundation for his expertise in investment sales.

In 1998, drawn to the unique dynamics of the manufactured housing and RV (MHRV) sector, Norm shifted his focus away from traditional NNN and commercial transactions. He pioneered the term “MHRV” in 1999 with the founding of MHRV Advisors, which quickly became one of the most respected independent park brokerage firms in the country.

Recognized as a leading expert in the MHRV space, Norm is a frequent speaker on industry panels and a trusted source for national real estate publications. He advises a diverse clientele including institutional investors, family trusts, private offices, and individual owners across North America.
