About

Patrick Crilley is a Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he serves as a trusted advisor to companies, law firms and associations on real estate matters. A passionate advocate for his clients, Patrick assists local and national firms with their office, industrial, lab/research and retail space needs, primarily leading office relocations, excess space dispositions, lease restructuring and the renewal of existing leases. In this role, he helps establish and implement customized real estate strategies that mitigate risk, save clients time, and deliver long term measurable savings.

In addition to working with tenants, Patrick plays a vital role in marketing and leasing properties for prominent owners, including Invesco, USAA, Washington Property Company, Douglas Development, Banyan Street Capital, Cannon Hill Capital Partners and Howard Hughes Holdings.

Having previously worked at Carr Properties, a major real estate developer, and as a research analyst at Transwestern, where he covered over 1,500 properties encompassing more than 200 million square feet across the Washington D.C. region, Patrick has developed a unique real estate skill set and demonstrable market knowledge. Patrick has completed over 200 transactions and was the recipient of the National Rising Star Award in 2021 at his prior firm.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys giving back to the Washington, D.C. community where he grew up. He is a proud supporter of the Washington Jesuit Academy, where he co-chaired the Auxiliary Board.
