Since 1985, Mr. Berman has sold and leased over two billion dollars of commercial and residential properties in the U.S. and Canada. From 1999 to 2011, Patrick received a Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors Pinnacle Award for “Top Five” retail production in Tampa Bay (#1 for seven consecutive years). 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016 Top Retail Producer. FGCAR Million Dollar Producer Award. 2013 FGCAR Investment Deal of the Year.
