As a Director, Patrick Schrimsher specializes in agency leasing at Cushman & Wakefield, where he excels in managing real estate transactions on behalf of landlords. Teaming up with Tim Whittemore, Scott Boardman and Kristina Cutillo, the team represents over four and a half million square feet of office space throughout Metropolitan Phoenix. With an impressive track record, Patrick has utilized his extensive skillset and market expertise to successfully close over 500 deals during his nine-year tenure in the industry. 

Creating customized solutions for each client is Patrick’s main focus. He prioritizes forming a strong relationship with his clients to understand each of their key motivators to provide them with a strategy that aligns with their unique business needs. Patrick takes pride in delivering the most up to date market research, creative marketing strategies, specialized building branding and continuous communication with his client to keep them informed on deal activity and market trends to position their building for success.
