About

Paul Ambrose. MAI, MRICS is a Senior Director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group in the New England area. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he spent 15 years with the appraisal firm Joseph J. Blake & Associates, Inc. as Director of the New England regional office. Mr. Ambrose is experienced in the valuation of all commercial and residential property types (existing and proposed). Mr. Ambrose’s extensive valuation experience includes residential subdivisions, condominium developments, multi-family projects, student housing, retail properties, office properties, industrial properties, lodging facilities, raw land, and a wide range of specialty properties. In his career, he has prepared appraisals for national and local banks, government agencies, insurance companies, and owners. Mr. Ambrose has also provided quarterly valuations for several institutional investors and advisors such as Invesco, NewTower Trust and Prudential.

  • Clark University, Masters in Business Administration
