Paul Hooker joined Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR in 2005 and is a company shareholder. A native Tucsonan, he has successfully completed more than 1,200 sale and lease transactions over the past 22 years for a total value consideration of more than $450,000,000. Beginning in 1996 as an industrial specialist with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), he partnered with two associates a year later to create a brokerage team that became one of the most successful teams in the history of Tucson CBRE operation. This team produced a record-setting average transaction volume of more than 1,000,000 square feet and $50,000,000 per year during its tenure. In 2000, Paul became a broker and project manager for Shenkarow Realty Advisors, a newly-formed development and brokerage firm initially comprised of seven former CBRE colleagues. During his five years with Shenkarow Realty Advisors, Paul was involved with the sales, leasing, new development, re-development, master planning, and/or acquisition of 20 major retail centers and office projects in the Tucson area, collectively comprising more than 2,000,000 square feet. Prior to his brokerage career, he was in the Valuation and Advisory Services division of CBRE, where he completed valuation and market analysis assignments for over $400,000,000 of commercial and multi-family real estate located in Tucson, Las Vegas, and Albuquerque.
