Peter Curry is an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield specializing in commercial real estate leasing and sales. He has 23 years of experience serving both institutional and private owners in the North County San Diego office market. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2002, Peter was a partner at a local real estate firm for four years. He brings strong research and analytical skills to his work, enabling him to provide successful advice to clients on various real estate matters, including development, investment, sales, and office space customization. Peter has been a resident of Encinitas since 1995 and serves as a Board Member of the Leucadia Highway 101 Main Street Association. He actively participates in the Encinitas Economic Development Council and supports organizations such as the Community Resource Center. Peter holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Literature from the University of California San Diego.
